It might have already have been said on this thread but, at the time, the takeover was referred to in at least one media outlet as the "KLD/Sartori takeover". So some crumbs of comfort maybe even though one is a kid (who will have a bit of a boardroom education via his Dad) and the other is pretty faceless, a money man though maybe a useful one (did he introduce KLD to the club? My speculation).
The pursuit of Keane has Donald's stamp all over it mind you: the sort of populist move he would go for even though it contradicts the DoF model. If this is right it suggests the kid can be swayed and Sartori has little opinion on the football side of things. It also suggests Donald being influential because of the stupidity of thinking Roy would ever work to Speakman or indeed any DoF. A chancer's charter aka Donald. It sounds like just the sort of wild goose chase he would go on. And the Defoe pursuit also sounds like his style as well, even if he is welcome.
The chance is still taking chances with the club's future.

He has a controlling interest over everyone else. If he has 41% that means the other 3 CM, SD and JS have only 19.6% each meaning KLD has a overall controlling interest in that he owns and therefore controls more of the club than the rest.
