Thread needn’t get unnecessarily heated.

It’s time to accept that everyone wants what is best for the club but people have their own perceptions on that.

I’d like to think that the vast majority can see that we’ve been misled now though and should back, at the very least, demands for transparency, clarity and basic decent honesty. If that isn’t provided I’d like think we can all come together and create change.

What I never understand with fans of any privately owned club, is why they feel they are entitled to information about the inner workings of the club. Like your ticket money, shirt money and beer/pie money gives you access to confidential information. Anytime a private club gives information about its inner workings, remember it is a courtesy and stop acting like its an entitlement.

None of you on here, know about the contract that was signed between the owners of the club. There are a lot of you though happy to bitch and moan about it though.

There has always been an easy way to have a say in how your football club is run, pony up the cash to buy it or put together a consortium to do the same.

40% was all Donald would sell for the price KLD wanted to pay. KLD wanted assurances he could run things (well, most things) without interference. The shareholder agreement is a compromise. The unknown is the extent to which SD, JS and CM are a coherent group. It was clear when I spoke to CM that he and Donald had fallen out. Sartori is an old friend of KLD's family. So it's not a simple 41 plays 59. In essence, Sartori is in the most powerful position, as no-one gets a majority without him.

The suggestion that sartori has the only non voting shares makes sense to me mind. If we said a percentage was a share then that means there's 80 voting shares and kld has 41 of them. Its the only way the 41% makes sense that I can see.

I also think you're right about the board, they're kyrils people. I'm almost 100% certain that sartori would side with kld if he had voting shares. So I believe them that kld has control over the footballing direction of the club (Donald knew he was failing at that anyway, probably glad to pass it on).

The way they've hidden things is a disgrace though, the way they've carefully worded things to make it sound like Donald and Methven had some peppercorn shareholding, rather than between them owning 39% of the club.

Big questions need to be asked about why they're still here and when they're going. Is kld not allowed to buy them out until promotion / a certain time has passed? More worryingly does he not want to fund 100% of the club. He needs to start being very, very honest and transparent like he said he would when he bought in, starting by attending tomorrow's meeting. I have reason to believe he's not the issue, the secrecy very likely wasn't his idea. But in that case it only goes to show that its not necessarily the case that what he says goes. Time to front up before there's a real protest
 
Don’t understand people trying to defend the current position. Regardless of how it “works”, there has been a deliberate attempt to avoid explaining the share split, and worryingly KLD doesn’t have a majority.

Madrox could band together and outgun him.
 
Sad as hell watching all this infighting over these charlatans. To think they will walk away with millions in profit from what's approaching half a decade of suffering. Maybe a few 10k attendances would make them think.
 
They'll play it down with 'KLD is still the majority shareholder' whilst ignoring how they lead the fans to believe this was a takeover and implied KLD had a far greater share then he actually does, not one of them bothered to correct the fans on this and they intentionally hid it as they knew that they were misleading fans. They also knew this was due to come out and knew the fans would be angry hence the push to sign Defoe and Keane to try and distract the fans when it did.

So Donald, Charlie, we you all know read this board, when you use the 'He is still the majority share holder' excuse, you can both go and fuck yourself you horrible, snide, snakey little cowards, get the hell away from our club and take your fake owner with you.

This. We are arguing amongst ourselves instead of directing that at the owners.
 
So the melts have 59% of the club. I see a few trying to dismiss the significance of this but sadly that's not true because a) a huge amount of lies have been told b) epic failures still have a significant amount of control c) opinion has been manipulated to draw in crowds & money and d) a football club is bot all like any other enterprise, it's not a cow to be shamelessly milked, it's a major part of the community.
 
Its almost as if KLD didnt realise having the snakes in the background would be a problem, but then having that fucker next to him at the match, maybe its that he is a better politician than we think, hopefully an Et Tu Brute type scene

It is owned by a company called Sudnerland Limited. It has more than 75% of the shares - presumably 100%

This company was previously owned by Madrox Limited (more than75% shares lets assume 100) until Feb 2021

I think the questions need to be asked why is there no person with significant control in Sundelrand Ltd if KLD owns 41% of the club?

Also why have the affairs been laid out in this way, it would appear to me to purposely mislead fans/hide infromation
