@Shangri La post above). If he gets to start next season and it isn't working we can, yet again, change manager after Christmas and it would cost virtually nowt. On the face of it, it doesn't sound like a massive vote of confidence for what is a good manager at this level, but again if both parties are happy I'm not going to criticise them for it. If he gets us promoted I hope he's rewarded with a more secure deal
