The way the club has handled this and now seemingly Hoffman too - pathetic. Until the club sorts itself out we won’t be back.Really?
Speakmen will have to hope they hit the ground running.
If its one of these leading lights how many do you think will be at the SOL for the next home game?
I wager it will not be 38,000. Fans will vote with their feet.
he is at mags game not oursI could be wrong but I’m sure Total Sport said Lennon was at the Newcastle match not ours?
It’s not just this either.Going to be ructions here like. I'm genuinely at a loss with how they've handled this for a short term deal.
In the last week we have left ourself with 1 keeper, 1 left back, 2 fit centre backs. The way the club has handled this and now seemingly Hoffman too - pathetic. Until the club sorts itself out we won’t be back.
Fans won't accept mccann, we are becoming a league one also ran, it's absolutely pathetic.
Yep my mistake!I could be wrong but I’m sure Total Sport said Lennon was at the Newcastle match not ours?
No manager and 2 chimps in charge of the tea party. In the last week we have left ourself with 1 keeper, 1 left back, 2 fit centre backs.
Disgrace
Apologies for slow response. it would be great to Harry Kane up top and Mason Mount playing a zig zag role in the space behind the front man, but we have to remember we are talking League 1.Goal will be a problem if Stewart is not playing JD cannot be our main striker for 90 minutes for 16 games .... i was talking about goal scorers not just wingers .....you talk about potential well im sick of potentiate that's not what we needed in the January window ... i will put money on it( will you) that headboard will not play 10 to 12 games and geedy is a 3-4 away at least and i dont think we can rely on roberts as a starter. So yes potential is there buts not what we needed.......clark and metty look ok but i still think we should have had another striker who was actually ready to put the ball in the net!Do you really think we have enough striker options if stewart is injured?????
The odd Speakman out wouldn’t go amissI hope our lot sign Keano’s name at the top of their lungs tonight.
Let Spreadsheet Kristjaan know exactly what the situation is.
The standards set by the club are woeful. It’s not just this either.
Since the transfer window the club has gone f***ing nuts
Confirmed
Got rid of a defender despite actually needing another
Pitch is dogshit
Proctor and his pet monkey will be in charge for AT LEAST 2 games
We lost to f***ing Doncaster. Worse than that, we were outplayed.
Sacked a manger with blatantly no plan.
Even entertained interviewing Lennon and McCann
Signed a player who’s been nowhere near the team since
Speakman gave THAT interview
We’ve been leapfrogged by MK bastard dons
Possible
Hoff fucked off in the huff
Well get McCann or Lennon
I mean, you couldn’t f***ing write it
In the last week we have left ourself with 1 keeper, 1 left back, 2 fit centre backs.

Nobody does but if no appointment till next week we have literally written off three games.I get it. The last 2 games have hurt as fuck and I can't bear the thought of another season in this f***ing league, but I don't think most folk on here are being rational.
We should’ve known that when the billionaire “owner” gave the social media kid a lift inThe standards set by the club are woeful.
Aye I misheard too.Yep my mistake!
Problem is he will think he is above all that, won’t affect him at all as he clearly treats the fan base with utter contempt.I hope our lot sign Keano’s name at the top of their lungs tonight.

Mag?Apologies for slow response. it would be great to Harry Kane up top and Mason Mount playing a zig zag role in the space behind the front man, but we have to remember we are talking League 1.
Stewart was an astute purchase and probably the best striker in league. Clearly any team would miss their number 1 striker. In terms of goal scorers that was the thinking behind Defoe. The crowd on Saturday tells you the fans have faith in this appointment! He has scored goals wherever he goes. He is viewed as the type of striker that big central defenders in our league hate to play against. Short, sharp sprints running along the line that Pritchard and Neil as well as Geads, Robert’s and Clarke in particular will be able to find. Playing off Stewart’s knock ons is obvious. On top of the front two, Clarke and Roberts ( who is tipped to flourish but was carrying slight knock at weekend) will bring goals - they are not wingers like Geads who only scores from set pieces.
The risk is clearly how long the new players will take to gel. It is difficult to make any definitive judgement in the current climate. Look at Younger at the weekend - played in a winning team against us at the weekend but would struggle to get in our squad of twenty! Once the normal equilibrium returns and confidence returns to the team - either through a couple of wins or a new manager appointment- I think you will see us pile on teams.
My overall point is that Speakman and co. have done a really impressive job in replacing an old and talentless squad ( Scowen, McFadzean, OBrien, Flanagan,Leadbitter, Maclaughlin, Grigg, Dobson etc) into a far younger, more talented squad with an emerging asset value. The direction of travel on recruitment is absolutely right. Time will tell it will all fit into place this season! If Keane is appointed I reckon the squad will gel quickly, goals will flow and results will follow. The presence alone of Keane and Defoe will give us a psychological edge, but only when good results start to roll.
All ifs buts and maybes. Yes, Roy Keane will maintain interest but he could just as easily fail. I want him but either McCann and Neil could do a good job in the play offs. We often talk on here as if its the end of the world and normally its not. I guess its just a way if venting our frustration.Really?
Speakmen will have to hope they hit the ground running.
