Is this one big joke?

You either fancy Keano or not. If they weren’t set on him by Friday/Saturday they should’ve got who they f***ing did fancy in. We’ve already lost 3 points to this shambles.

I’ve just read we’ve got them tits in again tomorrow.

Keano will be seeing all this shite about McCann and Lennon. What’s the odds that he says thanks but no thanks before we hear anything from the club?

Major attitude problem you like
Mate.
You tell me that a well known North East sports journalist is not on this board, to which I give a tongue in cheek reply.

You then call me a fanny, and then tell me I've got an attitude problem.

As another well known journalist is fond of saying.."You couldn't make it up"

This, 100% this.

On Friday night I was happy as a pig in shit, felt the buzz was back, loved drinks before the match, rumours of Keane floating about, couldn’t wait to go to the match.

By Sunday night and today they’ve knocked me right back down. Sick of it I am!!
Don't let the bastards grind ya down.....keep your pecker up, Roy'll be on his way ;)

Likely if he has any inkling he's being ****ed about, he made his mind up about Short sharpish between meeting him and walking.

It would be ironic if Andy Reid and his scouse mate came in after they were at Hetton last week
The scouser had a right pop at our young uns on the bench ( and was allowed to do so ) when they complained about a very bad tackle on one of our players.
How things could turn …
Andy Reid was top notch mind

We don't know. Different opinions I guess. I'd love to be proved wrong, as Keane as good as he was 15 years ago would be class. I just don't want to have another total rebuild job if it goes tits up.
Agree with you to an extent mate, but we've got a total rebuild job now anyway. If it goes tits up, we're only delaying it by 4 months or so. Has to be worth a crack, surely.

Just thinking about the next home game if we lose tomorrow, don't win Saturday and McCann or Lennon are in the dugout. Did a little shudder.

Don’t think I’ll bother going back this season, if it’s either of those.

Totally unimaginative and lacking any ambition they’ll inevitably be sacked in 12m time while we’re languishing around 6th in the table

I doubt he’d walk in a huff. He’s desperate to get back into management and we’re the only club taking him seriously at present, all based on our history together.

We’re his big chance and he won’t want to fuck it up by being typically Roy Keane
