Over the last few years we've tried, up and coming managers (Ross), tried and tested at this level (Grayson, Parkinson), tactical and able to develop youth (LJ) and none of them have worked.

Why not try someone with a bit of passion that will have the respect of the players from the off and one that would get the fans buzzing!

Nothing else has worked, may as well roll the dice
Stopped and laughed when you linked Tactical to LJ.

There’s a poll for the next manager that’s been put on the politics board by mistake if anyone wants to contribute.

Keane is winning so far but early days

Not to mention the sheer wonder of 'na na na na na, na na na na, na na na, na na na Jermain Defoe' segueing in to 'na, na na, na na na na, na na na na, Keano'.

I enjoyed typing that.

I’d enjoy signing it
Absolutely not for me.

I think for 17 games it’d be worth a punt. I can completely understand why people wouldn’t be in favour.

If he was appointed I think we could very easily pick up some serious momentum through sheer force of personality and will. I think we’ll qualify for the play offs whoever is in put charge. I couldn’t see a capitulation to the extent we’d not at least finish top six. So, for me, it’s worth a short term gamble.
