West Indies V England - T20


I managed to catch last night's game and I'm glad I did. It was a real tonic after the Siege at Bolton. Mind you. I thought we would lose after about eight overs of their innings.
Ali, Rashid and Jordan were terrific.

I would have called the tour off but twisting about being in a bubble at a luxury hotel when people have died, lost loved ones or hardly left their home in 2 years is likely to antagonise most people. His last post on FB was a photo of an idyllic Carribbean beach from his morning run FFS. Tough times.

None of what you said has any relevance

The point is that they were set up to fail

It’s international sport you want to see a fair contest with a touring team having yhe best opportunity to compete

I’m not interested if they have been miserable or whatever just whether it produces competitive sport
 
Least we've got a decider. Nowt worse than a dead rubber when you've already lost the series
