What exactly is the 'Project?' As an outsider looking in, it isn't easy to discern a strategy. Would you be able to explain it?

Major infrastructure upgrades, which are FFP exempt. Then to build a side to compete at the top. That will be gradual and it'll involve an incremental increase in player quality. But there's no feasible argument that they're there to do anything other than compete.

Mmmn. You can't turn Newcastle into London or Manchester. Everyone else already have great training facilities. You are years behind. Your recruitment has been amateurish. I think you might be waiting a long time before you compete.
