Talks port reporting that their bid for dybarka or whatever he's called is unrealistic. Rheims owner stated the mags have included incentive payments ie they'll pay an add on if they win the Champions League .......I kid you not Jim White and Simon Jordan laughed out loud !

Match made in heaven, total mentalist owners and total mentalist supporters

Collective insanity

European football expert Andy Brassell claimed at the weekend that Newcastle's contract offer to Carlos was "life-changing" and he expects a deal to go through.

Brassell said on BT Sport Score: "I think they'll get Diego Carlos over the line from Sevilla because everyone has their price at Sevilla, because he'll be cheaper than Sven Botman, because him and his entourage are absolutely astonished by the size of the contract Newcastle have put on the table.

"It's potentially life-changing for him at nearly 29 years old.

"I'm always a bit dubious about centre-backs coming from different leagues to the Premier League in January because it's a real steep gradient of adaptation.

Let’s see if he actually arrives. Emery and Nicky Hammond were both nailed on - Hammond was even working for them for a week.

Both ran a mile once they got to have a closer look at the Staveley operation.

They're desperate, clubs are quoting them over inflated transfer fees, the Sportswashing is in full flow given the leaks about bidding from the club & sources. They do not have an unlimited budget as most of the Mags think PIF is all about spending on them. Slavery doesn't know what she's doing & Eddie the 8th has a poor record.

It's marvelous 🤣

What’s the story behind Hammond? Read an article that he came in on the 18th Dec and was gone by Christmas….?? 🤣

As much as the mags hated Mike, he did do a good deal now and again.
Sold Sissoko for 30m to spurs, Saint Minimum for 22m is good business for example

I just feel like these new owners, probably because they have more money than some countries have, are going to have their pants pulled down every single signing

Used to drive for a firm full of mags, most were ok but 1 was a total fat bellend. Had old gravy stained shirts over passenger seats and stinking flags in his cab. Went in 1 monday morning and was making his mouth go as usual. I was boxed in behind him and he took the piss going and making a coffee after he had 'checked' his vehicle over. When he was out of sight I pulled his trailer brake on and pulled the locking pin out of his 5th wheel. 5mins later a huge bang and his trailers on its knees. He was billed for the damage to his unit and also for the recovery truck that had to come out to winch the trailer up as it was fully loaded and no FLTs could lift it

Class 😂. Bravo sir. I wish that all your pints are perfect from now on.

What happened with Hammond? As above ha ha

Not really clear. This was the article. What ever happened “was not foreseen” though:

An interesting update from The Times on Saturday regarding Nicky Hammond, whose temporary arrival at SJP was only revealed on December 17th:

It was Christmas Eve and Nicky Hammond’s brief work at Newcastle United was done. Hammond had picked up the reins at the world’s richest football club before the new Saudi owners’ first transfer window. He was expected to be the de facto chief executive, given the licence to launch a worldwide spending spree. Instead, his tenure was cut short.

From there, Newcastle’s recruitment team was whittled down to four — Amanda Staveley, who had led a four-year attempt to take over the club; Steve Nickson, the long-standing head of recruitment; Eddie Howe, the new head coach; and his No 2, Jason Tindall.

This had not been foreseen when Newcastle were taken over in October by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. It has meant that Howe has had far greater power over recruitment than had been expected when he was appointed in November.

Soften Sevilla position

What a gonk whoever he is 😂 Really hoped he’d sign after reading he’s a bit of a calamity, they’ll just have to raid Burnley again
There's a centre back at Burnley who fits the bill.

Burnley management would be certified as insane if they sold him

It is hilarious watching this play out. They are clearly feeding the press so that the fans see they are being ambitious. But they hadn't factored in all of this rejection and then being made to look like amateurs. What I particularly like is how they show complete disrespect for every club....

The owners shouldn’t bend over and take it 😵‍💫
They would have to hoy themselves off a tall building if they did 😂
