I wouldn’t be shocked if it all goes tits up... if these signings were being made in the summer then they’d have been comfortable, but they’re effectively 3 points from safety, with the two teams above having games in hand.
There’s not really enough time for the players to gel and find a style that works. Time will tell, but if it doesn’t work, the wage bill will be a massive issue, rich owners or not.

Yet another cancellation but how many have Burnley got injured etc and how many down to COVID? It's a joke now as fans will have had plans all fucked up yet again. The Premier League needs to sort the rules out and say "Tough shit, you've got 12 players out with non COVID, replace some of them with the rest of the players on your books and play the game". If it's an outbreak with numerous players with COVID then aye by all means cancel it but when it's low numbers (like some teams have had) then should it really be cancelled?
