I'm not I'm just laughing at the meltdown of some posters.

'hes only a 32 year old right back on 200k costing 25m'

Reality - he's just turned 31, the deal is 12m and he's on 100k a week.

Oh ok, so he isn't a journalist you like? .y bad 🙄
He hasn't been acting like one for the past 6 months, no. Went from a spoiled, sniping brat when Bruce was manager to a fawning lackey when the headchoppers rolled into town. Him and Caulkin gave up journalism ages ago and their reports since have been portfolio filler for when they apply for the post of club propaganda officer.

I just don't think the general mag fan is particularly knowledgable, hence they come out with things like Joelinton is better than Vieira after a couple of half decent games.

Considering the news has been mostly broken by Sky sports who have credited Craig Hope it seems fairly logical to use those as a good launch point?

Nobody is quoting anything different with regards to price now. Even Ballague in Spain is backing up the above.
Sportswashing at its very finest.

Take a bow, then get ready for the sword.

I'm not sure you even know what sportswashing is because all I'm doing here is highlighting people's stupidity with regards to using random journo quotes to back an agenda 🤣

Please expand on how it's sportswashing ffs

I think it was from a craig hope tweet comparing him to vieira, and its snowballed. none of them can think for themselves thinking, 'what a load of shit ' .

It goes on on here as well. People predicting 100 caps for players based on pre season games against York City man.

They may have a bigger proportion but it’s not like delusion isn’t present at most clubs.

At least you won’t need to strengthen central midfield. The partnership of Vieira and Jeff Hendrick will keep you up.

Yeah. I’m actually a Mag. Defend them all the time. You’ll see that from my post history. Love them me.

Thought so, thanks for confirming.

Howe has developed Longstaff into a better player than Kante.

Completely agree.

I've never known a fan base so obsessed with big name acquisitions.

Owen, Kluivert, Duff, Gullit... Fuck me I could go on and on.

All they care about is having big names and status as it feeds their fragile, insecure egos. It's pathetic.

The sort of people who splash out on Volkswagens rather then Skodas because the badge is the most important thing.

That's what irks me about them above all else
