Just been for a beer with old fella and said exactly the same. A nice £5m or so, even if they go down and then onto another club. If they stay up and he see's a 4 year deal out he's looking at £40m.
Won La Liga last season so its pretty clear to see what his motivation would be, going forward and who could blame him? I do really rate the lad mind.

Dunno if you were a member here a few weeks back but the earlier incarnations of this thread were peak hilarity for a while.

You had to refresh it regularly to fully appreciate the utter madness of what the most embarrassing sections of their support were up to.

And so we all still stick around because they're still jaw droppingly ridiculous on a daily basis

It’s been months I think since any of them have actually addressed the main issue of their ownership and their enthusiastic support of it. It’s like they are trying to avoid it. They will post just about anything but that. Wonder why that is?

Just why? Why are you following a RTG admin around liking his posts while offering your own interpretation of how the board and it's rules are implemented so as to lecture Sunderland fans on how you as a Newcastle fan thinks a Sunderland forum should operate?
