He referenced people like Robson and Lyth, who could do a job and grind it out for a year. I dont think he was dead set on them 2 before people started going over all their stats, but just people like that.
Thats why Vince keeps getting mentioned on here, nobody thinks he is the answer to our probles, but he is one of the few players in the country who has had a crack before, and hasn't fell off a cliff since he was dropped out. Malan was another.
Thats the route I would go down too personally, those type of cricketers.
