Who is the most destructive tyrant on the planet?
There's a canny few posters on here pretending they know what they're talking about.
Ultimately the sale happened. And Donald said (more than once) he would repay a sum of money to the club equitable to parachute payments, and it looks like that isn't going to happen in full with a significant sum seemingly outstanding.
as long as they are shareholders,..if they want to maintain the current lshareholding they have..they are going to have to put the cash back in..Welcome to the SMB.
I doubt that will ever happen. From what people who know what they’re talking about on financial matters, legally they don’t have to, but morally they should.
So that’s where the case falls to pieces, as they have very low ones.
He's had four years to do just that.....We get the chance to jump up and scream our heads off that the 3 amigos are still here. Then when Sartori brings a load of south americans over we back peddle and say well done Juan ,we knew he wasnt like them other 2.![]()
Aye just trying to lighten the mood on here, although he was in Penarols stadium the other wk with our recruitment gadgieHe's had four years to do just that.....
No they aren't. The liability is written off and gone.as long as they are shareholders,..if they want to maintain the current lshareholding they have..they are going to have to put the cash back in..

it is written off as a debt..but that doesnt mean cash hasnt gone in..i mean they put another £2m in the last set of accounts...and that was pre pandemic..the club must have been hamoragging money last year..who on earth do you think was paying for that if not the shareholders? No they aren't. The liability is written off and gone.
so was it 4.5m paid off then sartoris 2.5m?This. The balance which was in the accounts was written off in 19/20, apart from the £2.5m which Sartori put in later that year.
I remember one of the ITKs on here saying we were being taken over by “Real Football Men” and these two popped up with Charlie’s pink slacks in a supporting role.well i dont know about the ASAP bit as thats a very inprecise term..but i think they bought with profit in mind...and a combination of vast off the scale incompetence and Donalds vanity-his desire to be seen as a big man, as demonstrated by the Grigg deal-scuppered their plans. I also think they very niave about what it means to own a business with the profile and support base of SAFC-its not like owning any other business..even businesses bigger in size..from day one I said donalds record at eastleigh pointed to him being incompetent at running football clubs...but i didnt anticipate he would be as bad at it as it subsequently proved he was at safc..i mostly see donald as a petulant bufoonish character-rather than a malevolent, sinister one as often is protrayed on here-whereas i think methven, while also bufoonish, was more malovent.
That is nothing to do with maintaining their current shareholding as you stated.it is written off as a debt..but that doesnt mean cash hasnt gone in..i mean they put another £2m in the last set of accounts...and that was pre pandemic..the club must have been hamoragging money last year..who on earth do you think was paying for that if not the shareholders?

and what of the £2m donald put in last set of accounts?
I not actually sure I can agree with that, yes it’s going to cost them, it already has in many ways however it will cost them less, in league one and then the championship, they could sell there shares on in the summer we got promoted, a club going into the premier league, that’s gonna be big big money for them they can stand to refunded all the money they have given out, and then get there money back maybe triple it on the price of the share as a-premier league club, but that’s just my own thoughts, but right now until the mins are published we are all none the wiser on whom owns what share, you know what I find most interesting about you however, you are all over threads about the ownership like a rash but what many of my fellow posters don’t know however i do, I have often found it interesting since you signed up to this website, that your user name is also half the name of Kildare partners, the company when last I checked was owned by mr ellis short our previous chairman, just thought i would mention it, because when it comes to fans questioning the board, you are always seen on those threads.well they may do but the point is..if they want to stick around until the premier league....its going to cost them..because its unlikely the club could get to thePrem without shareholders needing to put lots of cash in...so it will cost them a fortune to wait until promotion to the prem and get the profit you envisage..and thats the irony..sticking around a hugely loss making and capital intensive business for an easy profit is not a thing.
im surprised the oxford forums had a view on donald..i didnt think he was involved much there apart from as a small shareholder? mmethven was involved though quite a bit. A friend of mine who is an oxford supporter and wa involved a bit writing the programme and that met methven loads of times but doesnt recollect meeting donald. Same with another person I know who would have attended oxford games a bit..met methven a lot and still knows him, no recollection of donald at allI remember one of the ITKs on here saying we were being taken over by “Real Football Men” and these two popped up with Charlie’s pink slacks in a supporting role.
I googled them and found the Oxford supporter’s forum. Got to hand it to them, those lads had the pair of them down to a T.
Donald being a well-meaning but self promoting twit and Methven being the kind of bairn that plays with other kid’s train sets.
it does..because if the club wants new money put in..it will be via a share issue..if they dont participate their level of shareholding dilutesThat is nothing to do with maintaining their current shareholding as you stated.
The mood will lighten significantly once these chancers are out of the club and cast adrift never to darken our doors again...If on the other hand they do have a great interest than the supporters groups and media have been told from last January or intend to hang on until the club have gained two promotions, then what we have been led to believe of the take over put just a serious question on the new ownership statements than the Chancers????Aye just trying to lighten the mood on here, although he was in Penarols stadium the other wk with our recruitment gadgie
Don't think Donald is half as well meaning as people think he is mind, it's a decent act to buy time though. Think him and Methven are pretty much the same, Methven just isn't arsed about hiding itI remember one of the ITKs on here saying we were being taken over by “Real Football Men” and these two popped up with Charlie’s pink slacks in a supporting role.

short got thw para money..i think in reality..if they had to pay 37m for safc then..they simply wouldnt have done it..but then nor woruld anyone else because it wasnt worth 37m then...it was worth 12.7m..Which they would if they hadn't taken/used the para payments anyway. Effectively the para payment they took/used (whatever) are still allowing them to cling on.

Wrong again. If KLD wants to loan money to the club due to the pandemic the others are under absolutely no obligation to match him pound for pound. And that won't affect the shareholdings.im surprised the oxford forums had a view on donald..i didnt think he was involved much there apart from as a small shareholder? mmethven was involved though quite a bit. A friend of mine who is an oxford supporter and wa involved a bit writing the programme and that met methven loads of times but doesnt recollect meeting donald. It would just lead to discussions on here and chats in the pub. Nothing of substance and nothing that will make a difference. If we get told KLD doesn't own the club do you not think people will question why we've been told for a year he does and what those lies would lead to?
Spot on, the quicker these Minutes are released the better.Somethings not right,Can you remember i posted last season that the club had no intention of going up in the short term, yourself and think it was riff raff backed me up.Now i am feeling just the same, not long till we find out, in the Jan window. As you say if we have been led up the garden path again all hell will break out.The mood will lighten significantly once these chancers are out of the club and cast adrift never to darken our doors again...If on the other hand they do have a great interest than the supporters groups and media have been told from last January or intend to hang on until the club have gained two promotions, then what we have been led to believe of the take over put just a serious question on the new ownership statements than the Chancers????
