Sunderland railway station.

Imagination is only deliverable with the appropriate budget and the right design and construction team. Understand network rail are responsible for the design. I agree it could be a lot better. Personally don’t think it even needs to be glass though i do like Malmö station

Phase 3 the additional platform to separate mainline rail and Metro, allegedly all phases within a 6 year timeframe, now that would be good.
Won't hold breath just yet.
