Was Di Canio ahead of his time?

What are they knocking up in the AoL kitchen that would require ketchup? Serious question if anyone knows.

People put ketchup on all sorts of stuff it shouldn't be needed on.....a footballer who's been molly coddled and pandered to isn't any different I would expect.

Have you tried getting kids to eat what they don't like? Maybe a case of picking battles.

Kids? They're wealthy adult athletes man.

Loads of managers have done it way before Di Canio, not just one or two loads, I honestly still don't get why Di Canio is held in such high regard on here, getting rid of sessignon was one of his many mistakes. The bloke was absolutely clueless managing at that level.

Sessegnon had been charged with drink driving (later convicted) a couple days before he was sold so it wasn't that much of a surprise.

Yeah? But he was our best player, how many other footballers have been charged with drink driving and not been sold . Di canio used it as a way to say to the squad he cannot be messed with, in reality it was poor management, best player gets charged, put your arm around him, see what you can do to help, not di canio.

It's the one thing I wish we would have kept from the Di Canio reign. He was actually right about that. Typical Sunderland learning the wrong lessons.

Rediculous!!!

Tomatoes
Vinegar
Sugar
Salt
Spice

Given the small amount of Tommy sauce normal people use this is madness.

Let them have a tab and 8 pints - never hurt them in the olden days when men played football instead of the big soft jessies who fall over over these days.

I bet Charlie Hurley used tomato sauce.

I believe Arsene Wenger is the one credited with diet reform in the Premier League. Was a big reason behind Arsenal's success.
