The second the government does deals with them the horse pen is open. That's why you saw boxing shed its morals to go out there and why Johnson was so keen to push it through. It looks bad for him if you're selling weapons but don't deem them 'fit' to buy a football club.

It's disgusting, and it's another nail in the game's coffin.

This…..it is one of the most sportswashed episodes of it all. They are literally turning their backs on their own community for the sake of possible glory for their chosen football team. Disgusting behaviour.

Got a taxi to Newcastle Central yesterday and the driver was a mag. Canny enough lad, but totally sportswashed. Came out with the usual “our Government deal with Saudi Arabia” bollix (he didn’t mention Disney, Uber et al…although you could tell he wanted to….), but it was on footballing matters that he shone.
On being told that Eddie VIII had something like a 1% better PL win percentage than Bruce and that Bournemouth could not defend and that THAT was a major problem right now for NUFC he said “Howe was going around Europe studying loads of top coaches on his year and a half off and will have learned loads to make him a better coach….”
I just said “we’ll see…’ and gave up.
Zero point in arguing with the ‘normal’ skunks…..they have all been suckered in to this “we have our club back” shite.

As an exile I don't bump into many but on Sunday a dad said at kids rugby "i think the whole NE will benefit from the Saudi's with this investment in the region", "No, it won't!". End.

still can’t get my head around this richest club thing, they haggled for ages over the amount of the club and have 3 investors, why did the Saudi’s not just buy it themselves if they’re so interested? Looks like they’ll do this with inter.
 
I recall a few years ago when Wraith took out an advert in the Ronnie Gill to wish that John Sayers prick a happy birthday. I mean, what kind of 'man' does that? There's no doubt he has mental health issues, but not the ones he tries to pretend he knows about. He's just a bit of a thick kernt really. He's a source of shame to most right thinking Newcastle supporters. I've never seen him at a game, home or away. Same as that other prick 'True Geordie'. Who the fuck does he think he is? All of these people imagining they speak for Newcastle supporters, they don't. Unfortunately they are the people that the press turn to because they fit the stereotype that is being portrayed. The real Newcastle supporters aren't like this. 40 odd years of following them home and away tells me that. We have our share of knackers, who doesn't, but this lot are not our representatives. They are the ones you'll see in the media though. Personally I hope somebody gives Wraith a serious kicking and shuts him up. Can't be far away now.

Italians are less choosey who owns the club and Serie A have already dealt with KSA. Mandy sells her self as a deal breaker and likely said she can get the deal done. Reputation no doubt in tatters now - "Thanks a bunch Mandy - you just cost us £1bn".

The haggling over 200k for the coaching team is giving me hope this is not going to go the way they think. But they have their club back, have hope and the windows have been cleaned.

That Adam Pearson goes home and away. He posted how much he is making from Youtube but his most popular video is a recording of CR7 scoring! Absolutely nuts that you can earn 1k from recording CR7 and sticking it on youtube.
