every sane person on here knew he was done, Newcastle have got away with this like. Remember the outcry (including NUFC fans) when Di Canio was appointed due to his "fascist" roots. TBF even some Sunderland fans showed some principle and refused to go. Let's not forget David Milliband resigned over it too. They are welcoming very dodgy characters with open arms . Yorkshire has had more attention on their racism row (rightly so btw).
Milliband resigned because he was offered a lot of money for a cushy job in a think tank in New York.

Then your argument is with them.

I responded to your statement about "all of these arguments against the KSA are driven by hatred of NUFC / Newcastle".

If you believe that "I should take it up with other NUFC fans" and don't respond yourself?

It's yet another post avoiding discussing the real issue head on - the fact that for the vast majority of NUFC fans they'll not only ignore 100,000 dead for the chance to sign some players, they'll actively support the KSA regime by posting on twitter and here about anything other than the moral cost of being owned by a country engaged in a proxy war and slaughtering 100,00 people because they're "the wrong type of Muslim".

Like I said, it's simply bitterness, otherwise this would not be used against Newcastle United fans for simply supporting their club like most fans/supporters would do. Including Sunderland fans....etc.

So what do you think should happen.
Should Newcastle United be thrown out of all leagues and basically obliterated.
Should the new owners sell up cheaply so someone can afford to buy the club. Someone who is law abiding?
Should all the fans kick this off and give up being a Newcastle fan and wearing blinkers when walking past the stadium.

What do you think should happen and do we then dig deeper into the rest of owners of football clubs and others sports and others venues in this country.
Where does it finish?
Or is this just about a deep hatred for Newcastle United?

If you think bad stuff doesn't go on everywhere then fair enough but you have to ask yourself who allowed all this to happen. The government you work for, directly or indirectly as you may see it.
So aren't we all complicit in everything going by your stance?
Er… my point was about Howe having to accept continuing questions and scrutiny about the kind of people he’s happy to work for. You’ve launched into a hissy fit about other stuff, which suggests I’ve hit a nerve?

I think the problem for a lot of people, is Newcastle United fans fawning over their new owners, with not one mention of their human rights record, just proving how morally bankrupt they are. This also applies to Eddie Howe who wouldnt answer any questions about them. Football has been fucked for a long time, but it looks like your shitpot club has just put the cherry on top. Hope to fuck you get relegated

We aren't talking about people supporting their club, we are talking about the 110,000 who petitioned the Saudis (yes, just the Saudis) to be your new owners. It wasn't "anyone but Ashley" as many if you are now saying, it was these and these only.
We are also talking about those coming onto social media platforms to, at best deflect from their barbarism or, at worst defend it (not their club, this regime, by the way). I think you may fall into the former.

The Saudi state employ thousands of "flies"(as they're known in the Dissident) who soemd nigt and day om social media attacking anyone speaking out against the state and defending it. You and you ilk are doing it for free, you ARE the Saudi state now so own it, wear the badge but don't come whingeing on here about us having a go because this is what you are.
