The clubs seem to be wanting to take Howes staff on though but his staff keep duffing it. There's more than 2 of them like the Cowley's as well so if just one of them doesn't fancy it Howe is screwed.

They aren't Howe's brothers either so brotherly loyalty isn't even a factor. Howe can take a job without the worry of falling out with a sibling over it.
