I don’t understand either, hes not inspiring and not an exciting appointment. He wouldn’t of been anyone’s first choice.
He maybe steady, and that is enough for the moment. My second point being, Unai Emery one day, Eddie Howe the next? Unai Emery is an elite manger. Eddie Howe is a manager, a middle of the road bog standard manager. He was someone talked about under Ashley and someone we would all of been happy with under Ashley. It’s different to having him as manager of the supposed richest club in the world.
