Howey the lads.

Remind me, who was city manager when the takeover happened ?
Mark Hughes had already been appointed manger of City before Sheik Mansour took over. He was also a decent enough manager and was harshly sacked.

Roberto Mancini was the first manager they appointed after sacking Hughes.

No I didn’t, you’ve totally made that up.
Given the choice between Emery, Fonseca or Howe I’d go for Howe.
I think he is the answer to keep us up this season which is the immediate remit he has. Time will tell if I’m correct or not.
Your owners said they are going to win the premier league in 5 years and they have just given Howe half of that time.

I nearly said 'you' are going to win the premier league but the reality is your club is gone, you have lost it forever.

You typify the arrogance of your deluded, hypocritical fan base. Pathetic.

its fact.
You can stamp your feet as much as you like but truth be told, nobody’s listening.
That’s the harsh reality for you.

Absolutely its never going to happen in 5 years

We should get political too.
Still very disappointed at the lack of opposition by the Sunderland based Football Supporters Association whose chief executive, Kevin Miles, is a hardcore Newcastle United supporter and avid socialist. The FSA’s reluctance to not speak out aggressively against the human rights abusing Saudi regime is incredible in the context of other issues they campaign about. I wonder why this may be eh? 🤔
Football in Britain has never that been political. Most fans are annoyed as the Saudis have plenty money. If the mags were bought out by a country which was skint nobody would give a toss.

Unfortunately morality and football aren’t really that closely linked, Arabs are here and the noise will soon quieten down, it’s not right but that’s the way it is

I thought they appointed Hughes. He had a very decent record with Blackburn before that. He'd achieved far more than this lad that the world's richest club are after.
