Where's all this bollocks suddenly come from about Howe 'interviewed superbly'
If seen multiple fuckers exclaiming that he interviewed well. I've never seen that before with any managerial appointment.

Why are they going out of their way to justify the appointment and pander to the mags?

It’s kind of a way to ignore the fact he took Bournemouth down and he is isn’t a big name. It’s a bit like transparency, zero contracts etc.

Same was said when he was interviewed for the Celtic job, very prepared and thorough in his plans for the club/job

Any manager is exposed when they join a club in a perilous position but he’ll be given every chance to price himself. I think he’ll keep us up and then his big challenge is what he does next.

I remember reading about 3/4 weeks ago that Jamie Reuben is a big mate of Jamie Redknapp’s, and Harry and Jamie Redknapp had given him glowing references for Howe resulting from what they knew of him at Bournemouth.

After the whole circus they’ve ended up picking an unemployed manager through the old boy’s network, so I can see why they’re anxious about how it looks.

You were shouting for bigger names than Howe and you’ve been public ally knocked back by at least one and privately by who knows how many ?
No mag was expecting Guardiola or Klopp so stop being melodramatic ffs but you weren’t t expecting Howe.
You could have got Howe if Ashley had stayed in charge.

Rubbish. Emery comes in and it goes wrong and he points to 4 x Europa league winners - you lot are the problem not me. Howe comes in and goes wrong then he is completely exposed with a prem record worse than Bruce’s. You might be level headed but the vocal majority are football illiterates. They should have paid Emery the same as Klopp, he would have quickly forgotten the leaks and lack of clarity in the project.

I am happy you look like amateurs.
