One thing about all this that keeps going around my head about all this is sports washing.

Now mags or the areshole pundits and journalists supporting this should think about the barbaric Saudis involvement in this and ask

1. Do they even like football.
2. Do they even like boxing.

To me it's a no. On point 2 they get the big bouts and just sit there bored out of their tits and I've no doubt they're thoughts are the same with football.

We may be shit but our canny rich owner actually likes the sport.

they’re also about to attempt to ruin Golf

chucking 150 million dollars at Phil Mickelson to play in their events over the next 3 years

Well I’ve got nowt against Howe but it’s a risk they’ve taken here. They obviously want him to keep them up then will sack him. They will have to sack him a d impose an attractive name in charge if he he keeps them up or gets them back up.
I’m not saying he won’t keep them up but it’s not a given.

God only know how they managed to arrange the murder of the journalist in the embassy. Although, admittedly they didn't make a very good job of covering their tracks.

That's just it - they got people they could trust to plan and execute it.

I wonder if they expected the same level of planning / outcome from Mr and Mrs Staveley?

If so we could see another embassy visit on the cards.

Probably the best choice for Newcastle if Howe takes the job. Not sure any of the other mentioned would have the first clue in how to fight a relegation battle. Not sure Newcastle fans will be totally on board with this decision though.

After the Emery clusterfuck NUFC now bring very cautious with releasing any info about their new chase for a manager.

Except of course announcing Howe has agreed a deal in principle and specifying every backroom memeber of staff he want's to bring in with him.
