I think he’s ok for a short term solution. He’ll plug the leak, but you can’t be loyal at this time. Howe isn’t next level. He needs to know it’s a 12-18 month contract at best. His goal is to keep you up. Failing that get you back first attempt. Even then I’d probably move him on.
