Unless they unveil a big name manager, (for which they’ve had to wait for) then taking this long to appoint someone like Eddie Howe shows how unambitious the murderous scum are.

I can see it not going down well with the natives

It'll also show how disorganised and badly run they are.

The first question they'd be asked at the Howe unveiling would be:
"You bought the club 4 weeks ago and Eddie Howe was already unemployed, you could have sorted everything out before the sale went through, yet Bruce was in charge for a match and 3 weeks later here we are.
What took you so long?"

Stonings and beheadings won't do themselves.

I think they're overlooking one major factor. The names being thrown about may have been approached and turned them down because of the human rights issues. Any thoughts?
You honestly think managers would turn down x million pounds because SA own a club ? I certainly don't.
If this was Ashley taking his time there would be hell on.

Surely when you takeover a club you know what appointments you want and have sounded people out.

Getting stranger and stranger by the day this takeover.

The consortium were taken completely by surprise by the suddeness of the PL turnaround is the ONLY explanation surely ?

“We wanted to make the right decision for the future of this club. We talked with Klopp, Pep and Jose but felt Eddie was the only man for us. He was very enthusiastic about our plans for the club and new training ground, including our new interrogation room and torture facilities.”

But they had been trying to sort this out for weeks supposedly and obviously months last year. Surely they would’ve drawn up plans.

Staveley was too busy cosying up to the MP and fighting with Simon Jordan during these last few weeks.

No plan it seems.

Once the rest of the country see that tweet, they’ll be even more of a laughing stock and they’ll get even more flak.

What a stupid thing to do.
Absolutely cringeworthy.
Just reinforces everything we have always thought about the skunks.
Dear me, someone has taken a lot of time to draft that lot up...so f***ing sad.
