My posts on Brexit, I voted remain - against the shit we find ourselves in so I can comment on how it's going.

On the Tories - I actively vote against the Tories so I can comment how badly they lead.

Are there anything else you'd like me to comment on?

What part of it is full of shite please?
Are you still attending games of a club that are now owned by a despotic regime ?

Nope. But living 300 miles away, I gave my season ticket up some time ago.

Would I if I lived closer, yes. Do I see how that's hypocritical, yes. Can I just abandon the club I've supported my whole life, no.

We have had 1500 pages since the takeover happened, I'm not going to constantly repeat myself it's boring as fuck. Go and read it.
See post 9850
Not a f***ing chance I'm going back fishing. Either stick the link up or I'm not answering these 6 questions you have apparently been asking multiple times.

Wow, proper revolutionary you. If we were given the opportunity to vote against the Saudi regime I’m sure most of us would do so. Would that be enough for our disgust at their regime not to be classed as faux outrage?

Aye, as it stands though, you can't. So you need to find other ways to show your disgust. Form the outside looking in, it just looks like you don't care as much as Boro or palace 🤷🏻

Somebody mentioned right at the start of the 1500 pages raising funds for Yemen. A wonderful cause you could also back if you wished.

That's fair enough. I'd never stop loving The Palace either if they were bought out by scumbags.
I would never go up Selhurst if that happened either.

1. Do you believe that the chairman of the Saudi Investment fund, (a certain Mr Mohammed Bin Salman), the Company now the majority shareholder in Newcastle, will have anything to do with Newcastle?

2. Is MBS the second in command of a murderous despot regime, where the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia have absolute power?

3. Will Yasir Al-Rumayyan have absolute or major power in how the money of the Saudi Investment Fund is spent on the running of Newcastle or will he be taking orders from MBS ?

4. Are you happy with the current new owners of Newcastle?

5. Do you believe the new owners tarnish the reputation of Newcastle United, the city and the region as a whole?

6. Will you actively seek and campaign for the removal of the Saudi Investment funds involvement in Newcastle United?

He won't be involved in the daily running of our club. Do you think Staveley and or the managers will have him on speed dial like? I really don't understand why you find that so difficult. Plenty of businesses are not run by the person who is the figurehead.

Do you imagine Jeff Bezos used to do Amazon's tax returns himself?

What 6 questions ?

Arab culture is terrible for lack of empowerment. I wonder if Staveley has any decision making authority on anything beyond getting the windows cleaned. I doubt if even his excellency can make a substantive decision without asking mbs.

That local hero song is f***ing shit. It always reminds me of the theme tune to Howard's Way, which was also shite.

If they want a flag with Spanish City and a mosque on it, that's fine. Whatever. Its nowhere near the weirdest thing they'll do.
:lol::lol::lol:

It was reported this morning that she’s now got a shortlist of potential Directors of Football and Managers and she will pass it to them to make a final decision. Not very autonomous that for Mandy 🤔

In the running of the club, absolutely not. He won't have the time or the effort or the inclination to run every single investment he makes. Unless you are also suggesting he will be working the factories in Boro -madness.

2. Is MBS the second in command of a murderous despot regime, where the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia have absolute power?
Yes, never denied he wasn't - he's a horrible bastard.
3. Will Yasir Al-Rumayyan have absolute or major power in how the money of the Saudi Investment Fund is spent on the running of Newcastle or will he be taking orders from MBS ?
As any majority shareholder would. He will do whatever is in the best interests of KSA as it's an investment fund which is about making money for the country.
4. Are you happy with the current new owners of Newcastle?
Who specifically ? I have no reason to dislike Staveley or the Ruebens. Or for that matter the Saudi Chairman who is just doing his job. Am I happy the club is linked to MBS absolutely not.
5. Do you believe the new owners tarnish the reputation of Newcastle United, the city and the region as a whole?
No - the city and the region and the fans are the same as they have always been. There is more to a club than who owns it.
6. Will you actively seek and campaign for the removal of the Saudi Investment funds involvement in Newcastle United?
What f***ing good would this do? Are you doing this yourself ?

So have I. Steve Wraith is as despised by many of us and he is you. Some of our lot are really odd

I didn't dismiss anyone voicing disgust, just highlighted that you can't really be that arsed if you refuse to do anything about it. I stand by that comment.

Palace fans and Boro fans have both had flags/banners. Loads of faux outrage on here but fuck all ?

You should act, but you won't.
I support Amnesty if that helps.

Look mate, give up, its getting sad. You're just picking on snippets to defend and ignoring bigger picture.

I'll tell you about the outrage.

There's genuine outrage about this and many others things in the world, by old socialists like me, the politically and socially aware and others.

There's the faux outrage, which you will get and you would do the same. Its what football fans do.

Then there's the outrage by those who been made aware (by the takeover) of the attrocities of the KSA led by your owner, and the outrage that football is money led and completely sold out.

What would be nice is to see Amnesty and Rainbow flags at Sid James to show some if you are decent, as currently showing up the North East as a bunch of thick drunken morans, which I am at every away match tbf.

It’s sports washing in its purest form to dismiss disgust of their regime like this. Good work.

I am coming back to this.

Newcastle has a huge history both on and off the pitch ….but are including a shite fairground because people may have played laser quest there, And if it actually was intended to be a mosque, that’s fine as we have had Some well known Muslim players? It’s lost on me.
Mark Knofler is a Mag. Like I say it's bizzare. It may well be a mosque and they're denying it and deflecting. A lot going on with that at present.
It's not a mosque lads, have you got me and others on ignore when we've said what it is and that it's the 2019 banner they showed again yesterday?

Apparently this maybe the reason.

Apparently....

Cheers, that’s all I needed to know 👍
