Shameful behaviour from *some* of our fans today

The evidence was posted on Twitter for everyone to see, it's been rightly condemned, poor girl is lucky she hasn't had an eye taken out.
I'm not disputing that one, marra. It was shocking and whoever done should never be able to enter a football stadium again. However, I didn't see anything get thrown towards their fans in the ground and I was right in that corner. The peado chants were very poor and there was some right old states, but I can say for certain I didn't see anything being thrown.
There’s loads of posters on this thread that said they saw loads of this shit happen ffs.
And I didn’t. I'm just being honest, as are those folks I'm assuming.

Got a few theories on this.

We take great numbers everywhere and when you’re taking 7,000 fans around the country in a week you’re going to get a few morons.

Social media has helped a few more morons come on the scene, the way they go on and what goes online has changed and it’s pathetic.

Also a few young lads acting daft, against Cheltenham a midweek game they were going mad in the south stand with their tops off. Some of these lads are 17/18 and are at that age you want to go out, but because of the pandemic they’ve been cooked up since they were 14/15/16 and haven’t been out and are just going silly.

Majority of our fans just want a few beers and to watch the team, some unfair comments on here.

See what you think..

, Sunderland fan in the frame for it, however, as the parent goes on to say.

It was a Sunderland fan! There were a group of them arguing with a Rotherham fan as we crossed the bridge. As they turned left one of them threw a 50p piece at the Rotherham fan which missed him but didn't miss my daughters eye!

I've seen it mate, it's shocking. It happened outside of the ground though. I didn't see anything being thrown inside the ground. There might have been, but all I'm saying that I didn't see it.

Which means persons can be tracked down, and the police can be brought into it, as its ABH at this point,
I'd be very surprised if it isn't on cctv. His picture should be all over so he can be identified. If it was my daughter I'd be asking the police exactly why they weren't doing that.

I’m not grasping at anything - my post is there in black and white and it’s quite telling that of the hundreds of posts, you’re the only person who’s made this mistake.

Very telling
‘ On the way from a pub ‘
To me that reads they came from the pub.
I will leave it there as you obviously are struggling .
No doubting the horrible incident with the young lass which you have obviously gleaned from Twitter.
Hopefully those responsible are given a twatting.
The other stuff your friend saw ? ?
He regularly fails to understand the most basic English sentences m8.
Coming from you 😀😀

I'm not sure about the coin throwing thing. Well in the ground that is as there's proof the little las was hit by one mindless moron. There's at least 5, from the top of my head, posters who have commented on this thread (me included) that were in that corner. None have said there were coins thrown. Infact I'm 100% certain there wasn't.

I'm sorry but I'm just not believing this story about a large group of Sunderland supporters throwing coins throughout the game.

I've seen all kinds of daft shite over the years but concerted coin throwing isn't one of them. Besides there's no way the stewards and police could miss it.

It didn't happen.

And as for the group who were so drunk they were refused admission, I doubt it.

i didn't see anything either. from memory this morning i presume we were both in the bit closest to their lot. like you, i'm not saying it didn't happen just i never saw anything get chucked inside the ground. fwiw i think some aren't reading the full posts and getting a bit confused between what did happen outside and what 'might' have happened inside. that dadclaimsjsa didn't read a post of mine fully this morning.
also, there was a camera just above us inside the ground so i'd have thought there would have been people chucked out if something did happen.

hopefully there will be some cctv to incriminate the tosser. (in both terms of the word)

Why mention the pub if it's not relevant?

Doubt very much that they’ll be cctv where the incident is alleged to of happened, I don’t know that it’s not just wasn’t the type of area you’d expect cctv

Missing a full stop there squire. You can't even grasp the basics - no wonder almost every post of yours is unintelligible piffle.

Top marks for your use of the little yellow feckers. Your Mam will be proud.

Me neither. Like I say I didn't see it and was in that corner along with a few others who have commented on the thread.

One of the coppers down the front was filming the crowd too.

Not sure mind. There's rail line that will be covered for starters. I would imagine they'll have a decent system around the ground too with it being quite new.
