Shameful behaviour from *some* of our fans today

Was gonna post that as a "group" of away "supporters" we were shite -
1) Late comers making a racket through the bugle & minutes silence
2) Whining at every misplaced pass
3) Arriving well after kick off, Christ it says 3pm kick off on the ticket, surely you should be around the turnstiles by 2.40
4) Leaving early, part of any sport is getting an occasional twatting, stay and support!
5) We do not want coin throwers there, no excuse, we'll get reduced allocations & innocent SAFC supporters will get caught in the crossfire

Sort it out and stop it!!

1 has been explained and doesn't appear to have been deliberately disrespectful.

3 has been explained but people are entitled to arrive when they can or want.

I rarely leave early but stayed for 10 minutes after full time at QPR to applaud.

I left as soon as the fourth goal went in at Portsmouth.

The players deserved that on both occasions.

There is a drug culture/problem in this country and that’s been the same since the late 80s, 90s etc.

Groups of lads go out on the drink all day aided by stiff. It’s not unique to football.

Hate crime has increased every year since figures came in (as well as the population has increased. Hate crime due to religion increased over 100% in the 4 yrs rom 2012-2016 and less than 100% in the 4 yrs following brexit from 2016 to 2020, so looking at that specifically, you could use these stats to say that religious hate crime has decreased since brexit! ...(I'm not saying that btw, just figures can be used lots of ways, and the actual amount went up more after 2016, just the % increase reduced)
Terrorism and brexit possibly made significant jumps, maybe also improved relations between minority groups and the police so increased reporting. Maybe a far more diverse population so more people who can report hate crimes. Theres lots of causal factors and using brexit was a cheap media way to get clicks and an easy way for the remainers to get self righteous.

Sexual orientation hate crime increased the most. far more than race and religion. Is this brexit too? Maybe we're just becoming a shitter society.
Maybe we should leave this shit for the politics board though...

Hate crime is much more accurately reported now where it wasn't before so that will account for a significant amount of the increase. I can't say for definite if actual hate crimes have increased, nor can anyone, because all police forces have started recording it more accurately, hence the uplift.

Source: I was involved in introducing the better reporting measures. The increase was clear and immediate, because it wasn't recorded before.

Just been talking to a mate who was there today. Says a number of our fans let themselves down

One group of lads got pissed up and weren’t allowed in the ground

Another were singing racist songs to an Asian family on the way from a pub.

And a large group of lads were hoying coins at at Rotherham fans for a lot of the game

We’re very quick to criticise when the likes of Coventry come up and misbehave so it’s annoying when we let ourselves down

As I said many times those involved in the little girls injuries need outing and shooting .
However your mate must of been very unlucky to witness all these things in one go.
What pub was this Asian incident as I thought all pubs were home supporters only.

There's at least 5, from the top of my head, posters who have commented on this thread (me included) that were in that corner. None have said there were coins thrown. Infact I'm 100% certain there wasn't.
