Therefore if you criticise PIF ownership of NUFC but watch a Disney film you're a hypocrite.

It's the most obviously flawed equivalence possible, but it's just another "Whataboot" spurious argument used as a deflection designed to stop people discussing the real issue.

NUFC are wholly owned the PIF, which is a subsidiary of the KSA, which has bought the club to change the west's perception of it as an undemocratic kingdom ruled by one family underpinned by a religious bureacracy which allows horrendous human rights violations against gay people women etc, and has been bombing the Yemen back to the stone age in a proxy war with Iran resulting in over 100, 000 deaths.

Quite how that equates to watching "Frozen" or "101 Dalmatians" I have no idea.

Exactly. Pif do not control the narrative at the quoted companies they invest in, usually less than 0.5%, unlike the 80% control at mags.

They don't own Disney and uber outright though 🤔. Also on the subject of transparency they got that "OK they are a bunch of women subjugating, gay hating murders who abhor the west and all it stands for...but never mind we are finally rich 💰 🤑
