No mention of the protests, walks to Parliament or 113k signatures. They had nowt to do with it? Reeto.

The amount of articles they post shows that not being liked and in the spotlight as accessories to a murdering bastard of a regime who owns them lock, stock & barrel is not sitting well. Keep it up, ramp it up, and get every other clubs supporter's to get on board. Let's drive these "people" out of our game.

It was apparent to me very early on that the U.K. media weren’t going to cover this as they should, it’s getting far more coverage outside the U.K. than it is inside it. TV pundits have been absolutely craven, I’m not going to mention them by name as there’s too many. The BBC and ITV are doing all they can to swerve it. Sky Will actively promote it for obvious reasons.
I think it’s going to have to be the likes of us to press this as best we can. The KSA regime will no doubt have been told that we will soon lose interest because as football fans we aren’t very bright and have the collective attention span of a housefly. The mags have, but thankfully we aren’t all like them. The Saudis responsible for promoting this takeover will be shitting bricks and praying for this to go away.
Its up to us footy fans with a conscience to make sure it doesn’t.
Two questions for anyone wondering why this is such a big deal. Do you think this is good for football? And if you do Have you ever wondered how you’d feel being a yard away from someone having their head hacked off?
Its not often folk in the street can hurt a regime like the KSA. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to give them the kick in the knackers they’ve had coming for such a long time.
I absolutely wholeheartedly agree with every point. I have fought discrimination all my life and very recently this cost me my career. The whole CRT stuff put me off and I have been and still will focus much more on environmental issues …. but it’s the mags and if we can move the dial a tiny bit towards a failure for the gay bashing women hating child murdering supporting fuck wits then it’s all good!

I think we have to mate. Human rights has been a thing for me most of my adult life, along with football. So now this happens.
A blind eye shouldn’t be turned to this, it’s happened far too often and for too long.

Yep - loved what the Palace lads did @Palace til I die @raba. I hope all supporters take this up and try to outdo each other with better and better protests.
The ISIS boys have directly insulted Liverpool and Rangers supporters with their pathetic whining so far. Let’s keep the publicity going.

Snap! I fell off a ladder 3 weeks ago. Did my spine and clavicle. Do you use morphine?
You’ve no business being up ladders in the first place man. You’ve been lucky. Hope you’re well on the mend. 👍🏻

Has anyone put the Walter smith thing on the Rangers forum?

I don’t know which is the main Rangers forum. I Sent a FB message to a Rangers supporting mate. We have quite a few Rangers supporters on here I think. That was really f***ing low of them to hope that that distracted from their bad publicity - I’m going to have a look and see if any mags called him out but I won’t hold my breath!

Disappointing that the Football Supporters Association (FSA) has still had little to say on NUFC’s takeover, which is quite amazing for an organisation that normally champions supporters rights and hot political topics that affect the game in this country.

It’s nothing personal, but their Chief Executive is Kevin Miles, a lifelong Mag supporter. Is the FSA’s lack of a real voice of opposition on this subject purely coincidental?

I emailed them not long after this went through. They directed me to a statement they’d made about it.
see what you think.

Furthermore two years ago Miles told The Mag fanzine that people who wanted rid of Ashley “should be careful of what they wish for as football is full of chancers, con men and asset strippers”.

What say you now Kevin about your club being owned by majority shareholders who are in essence the state of Saudi Arabia with one of the worst human rights records on the planet?

You cannot retain a silence on this matter.

Saw it mate. Avoids the issue quite clearly.

It's in no way coincidental. He's not going to shit in his own nest is he? Like the Mag pundits and media. Cowards

Great post - the takeover is wrong on so many levels - piracy , human rights , political assassination , jailing people for being gay , torture, women's rights ,
we fought for our right for free speech - we have a duty to stand up for the oppressed .
The Saudi's will hate being held to account and ridiculed - we have to keep the protests going - properly targeted - and within the law .
