They want someone with morals and ethics on the same level as theirs apparently.
They've asked DiCanio to lead the recruitment process.

Would be a huge test for someone of that stature to walk into a relegation battle mind. It's just about unheard of.
He’d make an arse of it if they were currently in the top 6 tbh. I don’t get the Mourinho thing at all. Gets his agent mate to spend a fortune on ageing players, when it goes wrong he hasn’t a clue why. I can only assume he had a decent coaching staff behind him 15-20 years ago

Tbh an Allardyce or Hodgson of ten years ago is exactly who they need atm. Would get the defence organised and keep them up. Pragmatism won’t come into it at the Landfill though, a foreign manager who they think will have them playing on the front foot immediately is who they’ll demand. I think they’ll go down which would be hysterical

But if they do go down they'll need a manager who's got form for promotion from the championship.

Someone who can get the likes of Birmingham and Hull up to the promised land...

A lass on my Facebook who is about 45 years old has a profile picture of her wearing a tea towel on her head, her status right now is calling skysports news for getting the violins out for Bruce 😂😂😂😂😂

Normally takes him about 8 mths to start falling out with the owners. Another 6 months when he gets as surly as fuck with everyone. Gets binned. Waits til he smells blood, and jumps in somewhere, and the process repeats. I f***ing hope they get him.

Was about to say this. Their main problem is at the back, and it would be in their interests to hire a survival merchant for 8 months with a huge bonus on offer for keeping them in the division. I actually think Hodgson would achieve it with them now.

As you say though they won't go for it.
