All the regalia, long black robes, beards, ringlets, skullcaps the lot. We'll get pissed up and sing songs from Fiddler on the Roof. Endless fun.

Its only wearing clothes.

Below is a message I received this evening From a Danish colleague who is well versed in Global politics. Unlike tea towel wearing Barry from Benwell we work in the international arena with many nationalities.

“What’s your thoughts on Newcastle now being funded by the Saudi’s? My personal belief is that as soon as we can be independent of those countries that treats people like they do, we shut them down and freeze their funds and leave them alone with their Camels”

Appreciate he’s just jealous, watches Disney films and has been known to occasionally use Uber to get home after a few beers in Copenhagen but the opinion mirrors what most people around the world, at least outside of NE postcodes thinks of Saudi!
