Really? Every mag I know are chuffed to bits and have a list of excuses as to why they have no responsibility and that it's not their fault so don't care etc.
I recognise that exact behaviour... they'll still all explain how every game was actually win for them if the wind had blew differently. But luckily nah everyone I know at this point is people > profit at the end of the day.

Now I’m a 56 year old bloke and “hands up my fault I know” I struggle to fully understand cultural appropriation and its full variations/implications, I had a very in depth chat with my 30 year old very well educated daughter last week and she explained it all in layman’s terms.
after watching the Spurs game i rang her and asked why these fukktards aren’t being hauled over the coals or sky not issuing an apology for what seems blatant cultural appropriation or even maybe some form of rascism while at the same time rolling no place for racism at every opportunity (and rightly so by the way) and she couldn’t answer me.

The mags and Saudis will be hoping that this all eventually settles down and those criticising them will move onto something else.

I really don't think that will happen and I can only see this building up week after week with more protests and opposition.

Yes there will be well-placed cretins like Jamie Redknapp and I'm sad to say, Gary Neville who are fully paid up members of the Sky gravy train and who won't criticise them. Ffs even Shearer mentioned human rights which is fair play to him.

The pressure is mounting on the Premier League to show some transparency and come out and tell everyone what has really happened behind the scenes as this is going to go very bad for them.
Tbh I don’t think that’s true.

once they start signing big names the sportwashing will go into the background. Sky and the BBC have been trying their best to avoid even mentioning it.

todays coverage was awful,

2021, Saudi Arabia is essentially our most prominent ally at this point. It's fanciful to imagine the media would overlook a decade of UK-sponsored terror in Yemen, but suddenly balk once the FA is involved.

Here's one more.
DELUSIONAL.
"A delusional person believes things that couldn't possibly be true. If you're convinced that the microwave is attempting to control your thoughts, you are, sadly, delusional. Delusional comes from a Latin word meaning "deceiving." So delusional thinking is kind of like deceiving yourself by believing outrageous things."

100%. Delusion is the most accurate.

Only club on the planet where people have to rule themselves out of unavailable jobs just to stop their delusional fans begging on:
