next Saturday mate, I reckon that due to inflation we’ll be even richer then then we are now. Amazing.
onwards and upwards as they say.
Who are you getting beat off next week?
Don't know. Has any kind of hierarchy been announced? Would they be happy having a woman running the show? There's a lot of questions and the fans and especially the press don't seem to be asking any of them.
They might want a woman fronting the show but no way is she running it. That's not the way they work.

Me brother was there yesterday and said things got a bit heated down the bar at half time, couple of people arguing over a pint and threats to kick peoples heads in were made apparently  @steve buscemi eyes
Bloody hell!😅🙈 Your boy would have sorted them out anyway mate😜👍👍
It was referring to the Gillingham fans and their protest against their owner.
Just going form the headlines, refuse to click on Echo website.

Taken a while to form this view but with regards to Qatar, the world is reluctantly and begrudgingly going there but the mindset of the players, journalists etc is they are doing Qatar a favour. Likewise boxing - the boxers are going there, doing Saudi a favour, but don’t go putting tea towels on their heads. They are doing KSA a favour . F1 is much the same - I am sure they would rather be elsewhere but it was on the tour and again for the teams/drivers are doing Saudi a favour
As they live F1.

But the Newcastle purchase is different as they are doing Newcastle the favour, nee honour of being owned by Saudi.

With regard to the City/Sauidi argument the UAE is far more tolerant than KSA and it is not the home to the cradle of Islam. Besides there are only around 1m Emirati in UAE.
