He makes a good point about the fans pushing for it as this for the whatabouteres to consider. Even in May this year, 94.3% still wanted the Saudi's in and we've all seen how they've gone trying to get this takeover pushed through. How many people in football were happy with the World Cup going to Qatar? Was it 94.3% were happy as I can't be arsed to google but I'd say it was the reverse.

:edit: Haha I bothered my arse to google a survey about the Qatar World Cup and guess what!

The survey in British newspaper The Sunday Times, which is ongoing until Friday 15 March, had, as of 2.30 p.m. (GMT) on Monday, as much as 93 percent of the 5,704 fans who voted adamant that the Gulf state should be shown the red cardand the tournament moved elsewhere.

I’d say it’s having a social conscience, but if they want to call it bitterness, it says far more about their moral compass than ours.
Cudnt agree more.
I think we all understand them being happy at Ashley going, but to welcome that regime taking them over (and yes, it IS the SA regime however anyone tries to dress it up) is beyond the pale.
Sadly, they are too thick , selfish and morally bankrupt to be the slightest bit bothered.
Very sad 'human beings'.
Are we allowed to say" white van man" or is that too PC???
Does the van driver have a death wish. He's gonna get absolute pelters.

Exactly, I get they are chuffed Ashley has gone but they can wrap it up anyway they like, the fact is, they’ve been taken over by a murderous regime, I respect those that accept that and say they don’t care, more than those that deflect and do mental gymnastics to deny the truth of it
