In Saudi Arabia the title "Excellency" is a government rank to ministers and high ranking official upon issuing a royal decree by the His Majesty the King. In Arabic is called معالي or Ma'ally in English, and is also used for university Presidents as seen in this royal decree

I know you love it @Exile 1968 so here's another one to show FACT rather than delusion I should really hoy it up meself but I'd have too much fun as it's like shooting fish in a barrel at times and I've had to stop reading the replies. I'd end wasting too much time taking the piss on tw@tter and I do enough of that on here

even the Pre Ashley/Ashley Era split in this graphic just makes it look like those top 3 finishes were the outliers from an average finish of 11-14. certainly does not make them look successful at all.
