The club will be welcoming and inclusive to all. We will fully support the Premier League initiatives to combat racism and discrimination, including No Room For Racism and Rainbow Laces.

Yeah of course you will
The sad thing is they shouldn’t even have to say this it should be a given, sums the fuckers up.

"It will take time to get to where we want to but we have big ambitions.

"We are going to invest not just in players but in the club. We are going to build up the academy programme and over time we want to see more local kids make it through to the first team. The talent is definitely out there, we just need to find the kids and given them the leg up they need.

The majority of the gravy drinkers won’t like that, because they’ll have convinced themselves that FFP doesn’t exist anymore and Mbappes wife has always wanted to shop in Low Fell.

However, it’ll be a laudable approach if they pull it off. Not at all dissimilar to the “roadmap” we’ve all been delighted with here under our own new regime.

Problem is, if two or three transfer windows pass and Neymar isn’t in the famous number nine shirt, then they’ll all become human rights conscious; and hound out this lot faster than they hounded out Bobby Robson.

Sensible lads these Saudis, following the famous Kyril Louis playbook

Isn’t life strange? Newcastle’s new owners now have a team captained by a person with the same name as a man who was brutally murdered by a death squad flown out on a plane also owned by them. (@tariqpanja)

Oh my. Just realised😳

on the news they are targeting the prem title within 5 years. f***ing hell man

Not sure Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool are just going to stand aside like.

How much would it cost to get a squad together to challenge those four, from a standing start in the bottom three? £1bn? £2bn?

And that’s without those clubs also signing players in the meantime, which they obviously will.
