I don't usually watch the local news much.
Even more biased than they were 20 years ago.
Will be a while 'til I tune in again.
Black and White B******s.

The scenes when they announce they've signed Fred for 80M in January.

It would be soo funny now if they got relegated, which is still a strong possibility this season.

It’s nowt really in the grand scheme of things. Plus when the butchers of Yemen come calling for a player, there’ll be a premium to pay now too.
City spent over £2.4B on players and wages in the 5 seasons ended 19/20. The PIF CEO has to oversee a return on the funds investments, pissing billions up the wall in some far flung outpost of Northern England is not on the to do list.

They broke world records in the 90’s and won nothing, they only had Man Utd as competition. They’ve now got Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd and Man City to compete with, they might challenge Tottenham
Exactly what I've been saying. Plus a whole load of financial restrictions which didn't exist then.

Remember Everton spending loads when Moshiri took over and loads were backing them to challenge for the league. Don't think they've even been in Europe since.

Surely Amnesty international..Human rights etc have had a say about this?
They don’t have enough money to pay anyone off mate. They campaign tirelessly for human rights and have done for decades. How many times do you hear of them on the news?
