I agree. Hes always been class and mint to watch. He struggled massively here though but like you say probably just adapted better this time.

Nah he’s always been around 80-82. There was suggestions that he had gained a bit in the last couple of years but he hasn’t really.

Yeah they have mate, played quite well in the series imo, apart from odd sessions.

Too much gloom and doom on here sometimes,we no where near as bad as side as made out at times.

Were a very good bowling side. That keeps us competitive. We aren’t a good batting side at all. If Root doesn’t score heavily we are highly unlikely to get scores over 300.

Can you see that being a problem on that wicket?

There weren’t too many demons on the Lords pitch either. Mindset comes into it.
