England v India (Third Test) Headingley

England should have looked to bat at least another session to give India no chance of winning instead of throwing the bat and giving away cheap wickets

This is what I was saying yesterday and getting accused of being a doom and gloom monger. Should have batted longer and slower to give Ali some rough to work with. Being miles ahead in a test match is no reason to disrespect the opposition and throw match strategy out of the window.

Bollocksed up that review while he asked Uncle Tom Cobbly and all if he edged it. We had two reviews and needed a wicket, it was worth the gamble.

I don't think it was a conscious effort to smash boundaries, I genuinely think that they don't know how to play any other way
India are decent unfortunately, they had to turn up at one point.
