I caught my best ever Sea Trout (5lb) on a Hugh Falkus Blue Medicne, I'd tied myself, fishing at night, on the Spey in Grantown in 1988.

Amazing memory that still makes me feel warm

His book Seatrout Fishing, a guide to success was my bible as a kid, though my first sea trout was caught in the Wear on a spinner.
