The whole appeals thing is a load of rubbish. It's dead in the water but stringing people along. He's already £20m up on the deposit. Even if it costs £20m in court fees, he's lost nothing but some people think there's still a chance. Why would the buyers be so keen to wait two or three years for arbitration etc.
If they were so keen to buy a club other ones are available.

100%. Last year they said they wouldn’t stop believing until PIF put out a statement saying they were walking away - PIF did just that and the Newcastle fans claimed it was some sort of tactic
