Quarantine excercises

Going abroad to a red list country for work, then i have to quarantine in a hotel for ten days on my return.
I've bought some resistance bands, i can think of a couple of excercises + press-ups/sit-ups.
Any tips or ideas/plans?

Lunges , possibly with some weights in your hand...could be cardio if no weight or light weight, or a weights workout with heavier weights.

I'd make a body weight circuit if I were you:

Press ups
Leg Raises
Lunges
Bicep curls (find something in the room / your suitcase)
Cardio for x2 mins (Jumps, sprint on spot..anything)

x2,3,4,5 / 30 , 45 or 60 mins activity etc with a bit of music on
