Aye I know we'd take the piss for sure, just like we do now regardless of what league we're in :lol: I also know we wouldn't be acting in the deluded self entitled way you are now and have for many a season now since your Keegan days.

Though I can't imagine what you'd be like if roles were reversed given the delusion of what you think your club is. I'd probably invest in Tena shares because we (and many other teams fans) would be constantly pissing ourselves at the various antics you be up to 😂🤣😂🤣

Beg to differ. The Chronicle has always been a very poor newspaper - it's just got even worse.
The Journal has always been decent.

The Chronicle never had the sports journalism integrity of say David Meek at the Manchester Evening News.

The journal was better and for a while the Sunday Sun with Brian McNally put a premium on good journalism. Long time ago.

These days there are better journalistic pieces in the Shields Gazette and the Northern Echo.

A friend once witnessed Lee Ryder at a European away match drinking and showing loutish behaviour that Colin Moynihan would have called ‘hooligan’ like.

like I say, hope we see it. We’ve been grossly mismanaged for 5 years, exactly the same could happen to NUFC if Cashley decides he’s had enough and Bruce takes you doon
