What a weekend the mags getting a deserved point on national TV at Anfield in the Premier League while sunlun toil to a draw at home to the mighty Accrington stanley in the third tier   @Secret Visage

Yep. And also earned Bruce another season in charge, of another season aiming to just avoid relegation, with another season of Mike Ashley taking the piss out of you’s, whilst you’s whine and cry about it all year round, but can’t do a single thing about it.
Enjoy.

Pretty much. Only thing keeping me going is we have some good likeable players, you lot are part of the furniture in league 1 and the tiny glimmer of hope that Ashley might leave one day in the near future

What a w*****r - Sunday evening and straight on it. Not a peep until you are effectively safe.

Such a cliche with your sly and snide behaviour. We may be in L1 but Sunderland fans front it out, unlike you, #snake

he's there for life man, let that sink in. We'll be back sooner or later with our young ambitious billionaire owner. Hope you enjoy Bruce getting his pay rise and contract extension

I think your reaction is exactly what was hoped for.

I am not sure I believe you when you say you never know who Newcastle are playing.

This thread is 727 pages long because both sets of supporters are acutely aware of each other’s fortunes.

I have lived in the region over 40 years now and it still amuses me.

John Lennon once wrote that “God is a concept by which we measure our pain”

I think the quote can be borrowed “Newcastle is a concept by which we measure our pain” and vice versa.

So long as one is doing better than the other that seems to be enough. Indeed barely a month ago this thread was buzzing at the expected relegation of the magpies.

This North East rivalry. To quote Rhett Butler “none of this amounts to a hill of beans” really.

Believe what you want, but I can genuinely say I didn't pay much attention to your fixtures when in the Championship and we we're in the PL.

In fact, part of the reason I know you're scores now is my mag father & brother in law started attending games and talking about them after taking an interest again when you we're promoted last time around.

They gave up watching when it looked like you might drop and surprisingly are happy to talk football again now you're getting some results.

You sad twats are on our messageboard 24/7 I couldn't think of anything lower than signing up to a mag forum... your's must all be shit?

Big Mike leaves when HE wants.

Not you or your preteney "Geordie" fans.

In the meantime, keep playing spin the bottle on father's day.

Fair fucks, the run of form has been good, if not a toal oddity in the sense we've took points off the good teams and stumbled against the plodders.

Having Saint-Maximin is a blessing - the boy is special. I still hope we'll get a good run for Willock before the season is out because I just can't get on with Shelvey. Swap him for a Longstaff (maybe even two) and this team is a proper threat.

I am like. 6 in a row right under my skin. Hopefully 6 in a row in the third tier will be my medicine

Not exactly helping your case for obsession..

So Sunderland gets under your skin and is the only thing that can fix it?

Thick as a castle wall you lad.
