Johnson Out

It’s more down to the players, the majority of them have been shite for every manager.

there’s not one player in the squad that I’d miss if they left.

Six matches without a win. Not for nothing is he known as "Streaky Lee".

He’s a pathetic manager. I’d love to know what he’s brought that we weren’t already doing under Parkinson. I don’t have the actual stats but aside from Pens, I’d bet that 75% of our goals come from getting crosses in. That’s exactly what we were doing under Parkinson.

We score more yes, but we also concede more. Parky had a better PPG than Johnson does.

He’s not the right manager for us. We have an opportunity for new owners to transform the club and that means getting rid of everything that reeks of lower league ambition.

So the constant chopping and changing even allowing for injuries, awful standard of football, mass substitutions, isolating of Maguire from any sort of involvement (often referred to as cutting your nose to spite your face), corporate speak interviews etc have nothing to do with the manager?

He’s a clueless prick and the sooner he’s gone the better.

It might have something to do with it but the constant is the team. We still have the same core of players letting each manager down.

One thing about Johnson's team - they are never constant. The line up changes constantly as Lee stumbles about trying to find the winning formula - when he finds he still changes the team.
no chance he'll still be there next season once the POs defeat happens.
I think you'll find he definitely will be manager next season even if we are in League One.

Johnson and his management staff have shirked the responsibility of coming out and doing a post match interview live.

Hopefully that’s because he’s in Kyril’s office getting his P45.

I respect your opinion and clearly some players are simply not good enough, ability wise and/or mentally but Johnson has overseen an incredible capitulation from a position of strength only a few weeks ago.

Not if Kyril is serious about getting out of this league he won’t.

When you have a team which goes on a winning streak, which we did it clearly says we have decent players for this level. When you go on a losing streak you need a manager who can identify the problems and inspire a reverse in performance. I don't think anyone can not be worried that Lee Johnson has this in his make up. And blowing up at the crucial time is a massive concern.

Spot on

You would think we were in the Premier League, yes we have shit players but so do all the other teams, there is not one outstanding team. It comes down to what the Manangers can get out of their shit players.

It simply has to be this. With this group of players would we have gone up with Roy Keane, Denis Smith, Mick McCarthy or Peter Reid as manager (in their prime)? I think we would have done. It takes a certain type of manager to inspire a team over 46 games in a season (yes, I know LJ hasn't had the full season). 400 games into Lee Johnson's career you would have to wonder whether he is that man.
