What’s your signature dish?



Don't have one. Just cook what I/we like. Nothing fancy at home to be honest, don't have the time. Just use fresh stuff and nice meat. Fancy cooking I'll pay for.
 
Line-caught cod in artisan breadcrumbs, oven-baked and served inside an authentic New York bagel with an accompaniment of tomato relish.
Gave that to the kids this week but with tartare sauce. They've gone mental for it. One leaf of Lettuce added for a bit crunch
 
Macaroni cheese.
I made one a while back, using seven different flavours of cheese. 😋
