It was 8 hours at 6pm so they're generating £1,000 an hour since launch at the moment. The rate may go up once more people know about it but at the moment it's dropping consistently. It was just under £1,500 an hour at 2pm after 4 hours as they had about £6,000 and they got £2,000 in next 4 hours so £500 an hour.
Some of the tweets are talking about 3.5m fans putting in £10 or 100,000 fans putting in £3,000 (

). Regardless of what they raise, if they don't get anywhere near being involved with the club then the money goes to local charities. We can take the piss about certain things like that kiddified youtube video but can't knock the money being raised 
Though some have asked about the charity thing because they already donate to charities or maybe don't but want to pay towards getting into the club. I suppose given NUST say they will donate if they don't raise enough then you'd have to consider the money is a donation for local charities (have they said which ones?) in the hope of it being used towards the club instead.

Genuinely asking and not arguing but can you provide proof of this please? I saw they had a host of guardians including MPs and knowing trusts are governed quite closely didn't think this sort of shit was possible.

It will be tough in a recession I am sure.
Supporters trusts can work. But not at Premiership level. The amounts involved are just too high to be sustainable with donations.
They want to raise £3million. Joelinton alone cost well over 12 times that. They go on about buying the club if they drop down the leagues. If that happens, their money would only pay off debts.

The trust in the past have had discussions with Staveley but her fella hasn't tweeted anything about this and that's unusual as normally he can't wait to have a say.

If the fund doesn't grow by 10% in a year then the guardians will vote whether to end the fund and donate the money to charity or they may end it to try and buy something in the club if the opportunity arises. The guardians decision then needs to be agreed by the trust members by a vote.
