At that size for Orpington, I wonder if it is a Charlton player. Too small for a Chelsea or Arsenal player.

It does tick most of the boxes for things I don't like about some modern homes.
Completely open plan down stairs - tick
Entirely monochrome - tick
Astroturfed and a mini dessert in terms of biodiversity in the garden - tick
Naff coloured lights everywhere - tick
Cold hard tiled floors everywhere - tick
Big glass viewing windows into the ensuit bathroom to watch your loved one doing a dump and have light filling the bedroom when they get up in the night - tick
Completely open bathroom to bedroom with the issues of above with smell and sound - cross
Silly slogan painted on the wall - cross (though there is a big M with something written across)
Pretentious name - tick

I don’t think it’s Arsenal. It’s South London. I drive past some of the huge houses where the Arsenal lot live. I’ll have a look on Rightmove and post some.

They’re all on this road I think.

Seems strange to have an Arsenal badge on the wall though. Can understand other teams tops as they’re players you’ve played against but reckon the big Arsenal badge must be a clue.
