Tree down day

Mine had been up since 9th November and I took them down on the 27th as I needed the space / a place for the bairns console to go, it's a relief tbh as I was sick of the sight of the things anarl

Looks like the 12th night tradition has been diluted somewhat by the posts on here.

Prople stick them up way too early then the same lot are the first to take them down.

At least leave them up for new year...

Tbh some of the outside lights which are just a nice string of lights I'm tempted to leave up for a while as they are nice through the dark winter nights

I find it bizarre behaviour. Getting them up in November only to take them down while still doing Brussel sprout farts.

Mine will come down tomorrow.

Way, way too soon. Normally would take mine down on Sunday so I could go back to work feeling suitably miserable, but as I'm WFH now might keep them up til Easter so I can "leave the office" and cheer myself up.

Took it down on 27th. We have a six month old kitten who treats it like a personal climbing frame so decided it was time.

Had to hoy mine out last night. Shedding like a twat...literally mountain of needles round it.

By the time I'd got the lights and decorations off it it was bald as a coot.
